Cold weekend ahead; When will the warmup arrive?
Frigid cold air continues to grip the Hudson Valley, but a big warmup is just around the corner.

Frigid cold air continues to
grip the Hudson Valley, but a big warmup is just around the corner.
NOW: Still dry, but windy and cold. Wind chills around the
upper teens to low 20s at best.
NEXT: Warmup starts Tuesday
next week. Wednesday = PICK OF THE WEEK!
News 12 meteorologists say Saturday will be mainly
cloudy with some breaks of sun. There is a low end chance for a stray flurry.
It will still be breezy with wind chills in the 20s.
The wind will subside on a
sunny Sunday with highs around 37.
It will be back to seasonable
weather on Monday with highs around 44 and sunny.
The big jump will happen on
Tuesday as temperatures will be around 55 and on Wednesday,
where it will be 60 and sunny.
