Tenants at Whitney Young Manor in Yonkers fed up with sewage water flooding homes


Residents claim this has been happening at least once a year for more than 20 years.

More than a dozen tenants at the Whitney Young Manor apartment complex on Nepperhan Avenue in Yonkers woke up Saturday morning to find sewage water flooding their homes.
