Thousands still without power in Hudson Valley
Five days after nearly 3 feet of snow fell across parts of the Hudson Valley, thousands of people are still without power, heat or hot water.
The Orange Lake Fire Department in Newburgh says hundreds of people have come to pick up dry ice and water because of the lack of electricity.
The fire department is also offering portable showers to anyone who needs them and allowing people to use the bathroom and charge their cell phones at their facility.
Many stores in the city have been forced to shut down because they too do not have any power.
