Three men have been arrested and charged with vandalizing more than 100 cars in Rockland over the weekend. Police say 21-year-old Jamal Gleeson of Spring Valley, 18-year-old Jonathan Balsam and 17-year-old Zev Feinberg, both from New Jersey, targeted vehicles in Spring Valley and Clarkstown. The vandals used a screwdriver and a pair of pliers to pull emblems off of at least 172 cars, according to police. The suspects have each been charged with a felony, possession of stolen property and other charges.
