A 3-year-old boy is recuperating in the hospital after falling from a second-story Middletown apartment window Monday.Police say the boy?s 15-year-old sister had been watching him, but Jacob Morales climbed on top of a desk and tumbled out a window. A picnic table at the Tall Oaks apartment complex broke his fall. He is in stable condition at Orange Regional Medical Center.Police say there are no laws on the books in New York requiring people to put bars on apartment complex windows.
