Weather in Mamaroneck has done a total 180 from earlier this morning.
Rain earlier pounded the Sound Shore, causing minor flooding, slick roadways and slowed traffic.
The town seemingly avoided the worst of the storm. “It was pretty much a mess when we drove from the city to White Plains. It was like puddles everywhere, traffic, accidents. Yeah, it was a mess,” says Julia Esposito
