Anrika Martin is a bakery owner from Kingston who loves making custom desserts inspired by her Caribbean background.
She is the owner and head baker of Di Sweet Spot by One N Only Cakes, formerly known as just One N Only Cakes.
Martin is one of 10 bakers competing for a chance to win a $25,000 cash prize and the title of Summer Baking Champion.
