A Valley Cottage man has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly shooting a neighbor during an argument. Police say Eric Goods, 53, reportedly shot Edward Kern at least three times at a condo complex before running into the woods. The complex is located on Sierra Vista Lane. Heavily armed officers and K-9 units searched for Goods for several hours. A police blood hound later tracked him down near the complex. The shooting victim is still in the hospital.
