Hundreds of Bronx residents perused the wares.
The festival, organized by the City Island Chamber of Commerce, attracts mostly vendors of hand-crafted goods.
Serafina Sebastiano says she came from Westchester to showcase her daughter's handmade products.
Others say the arts and crafts fair is a great way to attract more customers.
