Wallkill teen nabbed in drive-by BB gun shooting

A 17-year-old is facing charges Monday in connection with a BB gun shooting that may cost the victim his eye. Police say Michael Miller, of Wallkill, shot a 56-year-old man in his left eye Friday night.

Wallkill teen nabbed in drive-by BB gun shooting
A 17-year-old is facing charges Monday in connection with a BB gun shooting that may cost the victim his eye.
Police say Michael Miller, of Wallkill, shot a 56-year-old man in his left eye Friday night. They say the man was shot near the corner of Ogden and Prince streets while he was walking his dog. According to police, the shots were fired from a car that sped away following the incident. Police say the victim heard laughing coming from a car after he was shot.
