Police responded to Apartment 60 at 4 Edward Diana Way on a report that a person fell from a window just before 11 p.m. Thursday.
The unresponsive child was found on the ground and taken to Garnet Health Medical Center.
The child was later pronounced dead. The child's name has not been released.
