Westchester County Executive George Latimer and Westchester County Health Commissioner Dr. Sherlita Amler held an online town hall to answer the top questions they're receiving about the coronavirus.
The Q&A was sparked by the high number of calls and emails the county is now receiving as Westchester deals with the highest concentration of cases by county.
Latimer stressed that these are uncharted waters but wanted to calm fears that are rising as the case numbers do.

Amler underscored that 80% of cases have minimal symptoms like a small cough or low fever. Those at the highest risk are seniors or anyone with a weak or compromised immune system.
If you know you've come into contact with someone who has the virus, you're asked to avoid contact with people for 14 days.
