Crews are making repairs in Stony Point after an early morning water main break that affected about a dozen homes.
The problem was reported at about 5 a.m. along East Main Street near the intersection of Route 9W. Water has been restored to the affected homes, but a boil-water order is now in effect.
United Water is urging those customers to boil their water for drinking, cooking and brushing teeth.
