WEDNESDAY: WEATHER TO WATCH Dry to start. A risk for mix after 2 p.m., gradually changing to rain. Coatings possible before changeover. Freezing rain is possible in the upper Hudson Valley. Highs around 44. Lows around 34.
THURSDAY: Slick early with rain ending by mid-morning. Cloudy with a spotty shower the rest of the day. Highs around 43. Lows around 33.
