Fast-moving, strong storms Monday left much of the area with flooded roadways, downed trees and power outages.
Con Edison crews worked Tuesday to restore power along Greenvale Avenue in White Plains.
Monday's storm toppled a tree that took out a transformer, knocking out electricity to a little more than a dozen homes in the neighborhood.
Con Edison workers were able to replace the transformer by Tuesday morning and get power back on later in the day.
