The group Foods for Better Health says eating lunch at a desk at work isn't sanitary.
They say keyboards tend to carry many germs which can easily be spread to food.
The group also says people tend to eat faster and not chew properly when multi-tasking.
News 12 spoke with residents to find out what they think about eating lunch at work.
Many residents News 12 spoke with say they make an effort to eat out at a restaurant or someplace away from their desks.
One resident says he is typically too busy to step away from his desk for lunch.
