Snack time will soon be front and center on the floor of the New York State Assembly.
The hot topic now making its way through Albany is whether yogurt should become the state's official snack.
The legislation was proposed by a 4th-grade class, and it already passed the state Senate with a powerful 52-8 vote in favor of yogurt.
Some Bronx viewers say yogurt sounds like a good, healthy state snack, but some think that it's all a waste of time. Others would prefer something else, particularly non-dairy.
