Police say a construction worker from Beacon working on the roof where popular television show ?American Chopper? tapes fell to his death yesterday.
Officials say they are still investigating, but that it appears the 26-year-old victim accidentally fell through the ceiling at around 9 a.m.
A television crew could be seen standing solemnly outside with cameras in hand, but says filming was hardly a priority.
Police have not yet released the name of the victim, pending family notification.
