The Yorktown Central School District says a student at Yorktown High School tested positive for COVID-19.

The district said if a student was in contact with the infected person, they have already been contacted.

School officials say that until a vaccine is widely distributed, people should wear a mask and social distance when in public.

They should also wash their hands frequently and not go out in public if they aren't feeling well.
