A young man lost his life in a fatal motorcycle accident on Route 9W yesterday.
Police say 24-year-old Dustin Murphy, of Nyack, died on impact after he lost control of his motorcycle. The bike crashed into a near by SUV. No one in the SUV was injured.
Witnesses say Murphy was driving erratically before he crashed.
