BEDFORD - A beloved pet zebra in Bedford has died.

"Zelda the Zebra," who spent most of her life grazing at Coker Farm, died yesterday in her stall of natural causes.

Zelda was adopted by the owner of the farm when she was about 6 months old.

The beloved zebra was a unique addition to the community, and Zelda's owners say she will be missed by many who live in the area.
