Three adults are charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child after a large family fight that injured multiple children and two police officers at a Yonkers birthday party.
City police said the incident happened Saturday night at a home on Waverly Street.
According to court documents, 37-year-old William Sevilla is accused of assaulting a 13-year-old boy. Diamond Santiago is accused of using pepper spray, which injured five children and two officers.
Police also said Santiago’s sister threatened someone with a baseball bat.
All three have pleaded not guilty.
