Authorities say an Orange County mother was killed and her 3-year-old daughter is in critical condition after their car crashed Sunday on I-84.

Police say Candyce Cohen, of New Hampton, was killed when she lost control of her Chevy minivan, overcorrected and flipped over several times.

Chohen's daughter, Gwendelynn, was taken to Westchester Medical Center with serious injuries.
