NJ Transit says that the issues were near the North Elizabeth train station. Service on the Northeast Corridor and North Jersey Coast lines was disrupted for a time. Service on the Raritan Valley Line was delayed.
NJ Transit rail tickets would be cross-honored by PATH at Hoboken, Newark Penn Station and 33rd Street stations until midnight.
