STORM WATCH: Thunderstorms possible Thursday, flash flood watch issued for Bronx, Brooklyn

A flash flood watch has been issued for the Bronx and Brooklyn ahead of storms that may bring heavy rain late Thursday into Friday.
News 12 meteorologists say flooding is possible from Thursday's rain. Isolated tornadoes, especially west of the city, cannot be ruled out.
This kicks out the heat and humidity from the summer pattern, replacing conditions with a fall-like pattern. 
TONIGHT: A chance of showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 71. Southeast wind around 10 mph.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. Showers likely and possibly a few thunderstorms for the midday. Southeast wind 15- 20 mph/gusty.
THURSDAY NIGHT: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm. Some of the storms could produce heavy rainfall. Low around 68. South wind 10 to 13 mph.
FRIDAY: Showers early, then gradually becoming mostly sunny, with a steady temperature around 70. Mostly clear at night.
SATURDAY: Sunny, with a high near 74.
SUNDAY: Mostly sunny, with a high near 73.
MONDAY: Sunny, with a high near 73.
TUESDAY: Mostly sunny, with a high near 74.
