A man accused of crashing into two vehicles Friday in Ramapo has been charged with DWI and driving without a license, according to police.
Authorities say a police vehicle and a civilian’s car were hit by the oncoming driver on Route 202 just after 12 a.m.
The police officer had been stationed in the area due to a fallen tree. He was uninjured, but the car had to be towed from the scene.
Police say the suspect had three prior convictions on their record.
