A fusion Spanish, Italian, Greek and American restaurant in the Bronx is offering a little bit of everything.

Jimmy's Grand Cafe on Castle Hill Avenue offers a "Grand" selection of menu items bringing together several different cuisines.

Penne ala vodka with chicken, shrimp mofongo and Jimmy's seafood paella are just a few of their specialties.

The restaurant also has a full bar that serves everything from mai tais to margaritas.

Owner Jimmy Mitsio says he has over 40 years in the restaurant business, and he puts a heavy focus on vibrant appearances and entertainment in his restaurants in an attempt to make them a place patrons want to come to rather than just eat at.
