Police say the death of a bike rider killed in Minisink appears to be tragic accident.
Officials say Samuel Presser, 18, of Warwick, was riding his bike on County Route 1 Monday night when he was hit by a pick-up truck.
A state trooper who happened to be nearby performed CPR at the scene but the teen died at the hospital.
News 12 was told the teen was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.
