An Uber Eats driver has been arrested after police in Hackensack say he masturbated in his car during a delivery.

The incident happened last Thursday around 4:43 p.m.

According to the 23-year-old customer, she approached Vinicius Porto, 31, of Newark, after noticing her bag of food was unstapled -- and thought it was odd.

She then approached Porto, who was parked in his 2016 black Ford Explorer.

She was able to record the incident on her cellphone before he left the area.

Porto was charged with lewdness and released on a summons.
