The Orange County District Attorney's Office announced today that Jesse Green has pleaded guilty to murdering his father and assaulting his mother in Tuxedo Park last July.
Green pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter in the death of his father and second-degree assault in the beating of his mother.
The plea agreement also included charges of conspiracy and solicitation for an alleged plot while in jail to try to have his mother and grandmother killed.
Under the plea, Green will have to serve at least 25 years in prison before he is eligible for parole.
