yesterdayOne person was arrested in a stabbing on state Route 211 in the town of Wallkill Wednesday evening.
The incident happened near the shopping center between Route 211 and the on-ramp to NY-17.
State police said one victim was taken to Garnet Medical Center for treatment in an unknown condition.
Officials have not said what led up to the incident, which is still under investigation.
