Fallsburg police have charged two individuals following a double stabbing incident on Saturday along State Route 52.
Kai-Vena Wood-All was found with a large cut on her leg while Jonathan Pagan had several stab wounds on his back and head.
Investigators revealed that both individuals assaulted each other with kitchen knives.
Both were subsequently taken to the hospital and later arrested.
