Two people were arrested on federal warrants in White Plains, according to the Westchester County Drug Enforcement Administration.

The task force said the arrests were not carried out by any Department of Homeland Security personnel, including ICE or Border Patrol, according to a statement.

Officials said the clarification was issued after a video circulating on social media raised concerns about who was involved in the arrests.

The Westchester County Drug Enforcement Administration said it wanted to clear up confusion surrounding the incident.
