Traffic was snarled once again on the Hutchinson River Parkway after a truck crashed into an overpass.   

Police say the truck, was travelling illegally in the northbound lanes and slammed into the Wilmot Road Bridge/overpass in New Rochelle just after 6 a.m.

The 53-foot tractor-trailer with a refrigerated trailer was heading to Massachusetts carrying frozen meat and fish.

Just Monday, a truck hit the Weaver Street overpass.

One lane was closed until crews cleared the scene at 8:45 a.m.

The driver said he was using GPS on his iPhone.

He was issued seven summonses.
