Two members of the Greenburgh Police Department have reportedly resigned amid a lawsuit and investigation for sexual harassment. They were initially placed on unpaid leave.

News 12 was told disciplinary action was taken after the two men allegedly threatened a female officer and witness in the case not to speak out.

The department and town are being sued for sexual harassment by another female officer.

News 12 reached out to Greenburgh officials for comment but hasn't heard back.
