Two men have been indicted by an Ulster County grand jury in the fatal shooting of a 12-year-old girl.

Gilbert Thomas, 24, and Robert James, 46, were arrested a week after being accused in the killing of 12-year old D'Janeira Mason.

She was inside her home at the time. Her 9-year-old brother was shot in the arm and survived.

The incident occurred last month on Van Buren Street in Kingston.
