The city of Yonkers will soon have hundreds of new multi-family residential developments.
News 12 is told that it's part of a $291 million private investment. The plan includes building more than 600 residential units and creating nearly 700 construction jobs.
The developments are at Bridgewater North Miroza Tower located on McClean Avenue and another on Vineyard Avenue.
