The Elmsford School budget was defeated a second time by voters by a vote of 318 no and 182 yes.
Voters in Minisink Valley and East Ramapo voted in favor of their district's budgets.
Minisink’s numbers were 1,459 yes and 818 no, while East Ramapo was 1,994 yes and 768 no.
And the Blind Brook School District was able to achieve the 60% supermajority needed to pass its proposal - 1,459 yes and 818 no.
