Sloatsburg pedestrian fatally hit by pickup truck
Officers arrived to find that the pedestrian had been struck by a 2008 Ford F150 driven by a 62-year-old Sloatsburg man.

A pedestrian was fatally struck by a pickup truck in Ramapo Monday night.
Ramapo Police say they responded to a call around 11:45 p.m. on Route 17 in the Town of Ramapo.
Officers arrived to find that the pedestrian had been struck by a 2008 Ford F150 driven by a 62-year-old Sloatsburg man. The 32-year-old pedestrian from Sloatsburg was pronounced dead at the scene.
The operator of the Ford remained on scene and is cooperating with the investigation.
