A Newburgh resident, Raymond Brown Jr., has entered a guilty plea in response to a series of charges, some of which include stalking his former girlfriend.
Brown could potentially face up to seven years in prison for his actions.
The Ulster County District Attorney's office revealed that Brown faced charges related to sending a multitude of threatening text messages to his ex-partner. Subsequently, investigators noted that he carried out one of these threats by physically assaulting her.
