EmpireStakes.com looked at the average cost of a meal, bottle of wine, and a short cab trip and found New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, and Yonkers to be among the cheapest cities for a date in the state.

Schenectady, New York, came in at number one, with New Rochelle behind at number two.
