Ramapo police say the girl was found underwater around 6:30 p.m. at a home on East Concord Drive.

An 18-year-old girl performed CPR on her.

The girl, whose identity was not released, is currently in stable condition at Westchester Medical Center.

Police are investigating the incident, but preliminary reports indicate it was an accident.
