Eric Walker has been arrested and charged with second-degree murder and assault in connection with a fatal shooting in Newburgh, police announced.
The incident occurred on Hasbrouck Street in May, where officers found two gunshot victims.
One victim was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Walker is currently being held pending arraignment at Orange County Court.
