Stewart International Airport in Newburgh is set to get millions to help it make upgrades.

The FAA says nearly $24 million will be used to restore the airport's runway and improve airfield safety.

It’s all part of more than $636 million in grants given out by the FAA’s Airport Improvement Program.

The grants will go toward improving airports nationwide.
