Less wind and - for the most part - clear skies should allow for temperatures to fade quickly tonight and settle yet again in the low- to mid-50s. A normal bedtime low hovers around 67.

Let's give it up for Friday, shall we? Whether you were working hard, or hardly working this week, we shall have the weather cooperating in our favor. Sun and clouds will share the sky and afternoon highs will slowly climb to the low-80s. (84 is average). A few degrees shy of seasonable, but darn near close to weather perfection.

The weekend turns summery. A nice reminder that it is still August. It is still summer, and there are still two-plus more weeks to go before we have to start thinking about that September grind, going back to work and school.

SUNDAY FUTURE 15.PNG

SUNDAY: Hazy/milky appearance to the sky. Upper-80s with a smidgeon of humidity sprinkled over the region to make it feel more like the low-90s.
