Three women face drug charges after a traffic stop on the New York State Thruway in Orangetown Saturday night.

State police observed a car violating traffic laws and pulled it over. The driver, Gloriana Solomon, 21, gave a fake name during the stop.

Passengers were identified as Gabrielle Wilson, 20, and Halie Medina, 21. A search of the car revealed about 36 grams of methamphetamine.

All three were arrested and charged with possessing a hallucinogen substance and intent to sell.

Solomon also faces a criminal impersonation charge. They were arraigned in Orangetown Town Court and released, with a return date of April 15.
