A Warwick man is in custody for choking and stabbing someone in the chest during a fight last Tuesday, according to police.

Police say the incident happened on Crescent Avenue, just off Pine Island Turnpike.

Dylan Noche was arrested and charged with assault.

The 38-year-old victim suffered serious injuries, according to police.
