Everyone is OK after a stone pillar fell onto a car in Somers Monday night.

The Somers Volunteer Fire Department says it happened just before 7:30 p.m. on Route 139.

The pillar toppled over and crashed into the front left side of the car. Crews used a winch to lift the pillar off the vehicle and cleared the scene after about 30 minutes.

It’s unclear if anyone was inside the car when the pillar fell, but officials say there were no injuries.
