A man is facing attempted murder charges after a domestic dispute at a hotel on Route 9W in the Town of Lloyd.

State police said 32-year-old Mark Cannon is now in custody.

Officials said Cannon got into a physical fight with a 56-year-old woman and repeatedly struck her, causing serious injuries.

Cannon is being held in county jail.
