Saw Mill River Parkway crash leaves 2 injured in Dobbs Ferry

Two people were hurt during a serious crash Wednesday on the Saw Mill River Parkway, according to police.
Authorities say it happened on the side of the parkway near Lawrence Street in Dobbs Ferry.
Two people were hospitalized with injuries that are not considered life-threatening.
Officials say a dog and a cat were in one of the vehicles at the time of the crash. Neither were injured.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
